The AI in text generation and conceptual understanding of language and by analyzing and being trained in millions of articles published online, makes it to generate new articles. All it needs is the seed text, a little starting point. It completes the article on its own. This is the latest achievement of the modern AI. The open-AI has create highly sophisticated GPT-3 model, which is in beta. It is not release into open-source. Because it has the ability to create harm through fake but believable news. The article generated by the AI is undistinguished from human written article.

This is why we are excited to release the AI in a timely fashion . The AI is also highly skilled at identifying, analyzing and understanding language. The AI is a powerful tool that has been used successfully on the ground. The AI is also able to perform tasks that it doesn't want to do. It is so simple , in fact, that it is highly capable of getting at least one task completed within seconds. We are happy to support it and have started working on it now! The AI is also highly powerful with a number of features in the application. The AI has made the development process so fast. We have been building the software in such a large volume that it can do more than just work with it.

We are proud to be part of the project and it has been a lot of work to come!. We will be working on more features in the future . . As of now, the software is very powerful with quite a few features. Our goal will be to make the development process so fast. For example, the process of using a new AI algorithm is simple , in fact, it will be easier and faster than using the same algorithm to do that!. We have implemented a number of features in the program, we will be using this software to make it easy to get the next step in the process .

This improvement in the modern AI shows how sophisticated the technology has become. It is recently being researched to extend this technology to write softwares. AI writing soft wares, that's going to be end of the world. But, not if a human verifies the software before it runs !

My "9 day detox and vitalizing diet" experience

Since 2020 lock-down and due to the lack of movement and lot of stress, i gained some weight and was searching for some holistic methods to reduce it. I was also reading the book "The Blood Sugar Solution: 10-Day Detox Diet" written by Dr.Mark Hymann. He has written in high detail about the negative effects of the sudden spike in the blood sugar level due to the consumption of processed food. That really showed me how i was abusing my bodies health for around 30yrs and the serious need to reset it for good health. The book also describes the method to measure toxicity in the body, and a diet to reduce it. The diet consists of highly protein and the cost was very high. He also suggest moderate exercise like walking for 30mins. Considering, the amount of exercise and the excessive protein in the diet, it can lead to protein poisoning.  Also, the cost of eating chicken, fish daily was not in my budget.

Search for a simple Detox diet

So, i was searching for a simple, cheap and more healthier alternative. Then, I found the 9-days vitalizing and detox diet. This is a raw food diet. The food you are allowed to eat each day is grapes, lemons, carrots, spinach lettuce, parsley, orange, vegetable salads. The carrots, spinach, lettuce, parsley can be blended, strained and can be taken as juice for three meals of the day. Other can be taken as juice or raw in between. I did a little math and for a day the cost came around 200 Rs. So, the total for around 9 days was only 2000 Rs approximately. This was very simple to buy and follow.

Withdrawal experience

The first few days is the worst experience to go through. I started experiencing sugar and caffeine withdrawal. I drink coffee moderately, and had some mild headache. This is due to the caffeine withdrawal symptoms. The sugar withdrawal was very intense. as i am not eating any processed sugar. I felt mood swings, constant craving over food and sugar stuffs, feeling weak, muscle pain, disturbed sleep etc. This lasted for 4 days, and the intensity was gradually reducing. But, i was all worth to go through for the benefits that comes at the end. I was also purging all the bad stuffs, physically, mentally and emotionally. The raw emotions, thoughts that was suppressed came out.

Integration

The remaining 5 days was the best, i gradually started experiencing all the benefits of this diet. I was feeling sharper and lighter. All my mind fog was gone, i was having intense clarity. Since, the body and the hunger went out of the though, i was feeling more free. I lost all craving for the processed food. I had hit the total reset of my body biochemistry that was hacked and controlled by the food industry to make me a slave and constantly crave and eat their products to make them continuous profits. My meditations were more calmer and deeper. My body also became so silent and under my control. The detox has set in. I lost around 2kgs weight.

This is one of the best experiences in my life. I would like to take this detox diet once a year as a routine. So, much benefits with eating such a simple raw food combination is really mind-blowing. I could feel my body thanking me at the end for taking this diet. It was enjoyable experience all along and the diet was removing toxins and my body fully absorbing the destroyed vitamins and minerals from a uncooked raw food.

What is the easiest and joyful way to burn some serious calories ?

Well, its dancing. Nothing is more joyful and easier compared to dancing. Making it an habit and doing it daily is a little challenging. But, it can be done with some effort. The best way to make it more interesting is to make a playlist of the songs that matches with your vibe. I am from south India, so i like heavy fast beat songs, which are popularly called here as "Kuthu songs". They play it for Hindu funerals and it just makes people dance even on funerals, because it has so much vibe in it. You can also choose the songs and make separate playlist for different moods, energy levels and timings. It is up to your creativity of freestyle random dancing moves. 

 


Place 

I don't have any training in dance, i just dance like whatever feels good with me and the random moves matching with the pace of the song. The calorie burnt during dancing for around 30mins is approximately 500cal. You can split it up like a slow burner throughout the day. If you are in office, you can choose a song of 5mins and dance in the restroom. If you can find some private space, that would also be better. The elevator is the best place for me, that few second of vertical travel is enough to boost my mood when i go to or come from my office. If you don't mind others, you can dance in public. It is a little embarrassing though. But, it can be tried for a few second or few steps though.

 Be a little creative

Experimenting with different music such as ballad, trance, rock, pop etc and shuffling and find the sweet  spot takes some trial and error. After you hit the right spot, it just takes you more into the flow. Dance like no one is seeing and random if you don't have any previous training. You can also learn some few steps from the party you went recently and add it into your mix. By the way, there is no perfection needed. You just move and are having the maximum fun. You can also like silently give lip movement to the lyrics of the song. It gives a false sense of singing, that too is fun and enjoyable. 

Duration

The duration can be from single song to the length where you get absolutely tired. You choose anywhere in between. It also depends to the amount of energy you put into dancing and the pace of the song you have chosen. When you are switching to a task that need intense mental focus, you can take a break and dance to a single song. Then when you do the task, you will have intense mental productivity. Dancing puts our mind into the passive mode, which is not tapped efficiently by many.
