How to simplify your life now ?

  Living a simple life gives you more time and energy to pursue what you need the most in life and will lead you to a more purposeful and contended life. So, living simple is what gives you lasting happiness and peace. We all right now are getting more and more busy in filling our days with unwanted complicated activities. The abuse and misuse of the technology has made this fact even more worse. The following information is a little hard to digest, but by using the concepts, it makes lot of things more simple in your life.

Less stuffs

 What you normally think is that, the more stuff you own. The more happy you are. But, the reality is just the opposite. The more stuff you own, the more you have to work to maintain the stuff and the lifestyle and the stuffs starts to own you. Owning couple of houses, cars and costly gadgets just leads a lot of maintenance and constant headache. 

When you own something, it takes and holds a fraction of your energy. If you just own what is really necessary for your immediate use, then you will have freed up a lot of energy at your direct disposal. Nowadays lot of minimalism concepts are floating around in the internet. People are gradually learning this practical concept to be more and more important.

Less Tech

You cannot imagine living a day without google or the dozen other tech related stuffs, that we use everyday like smartphones, television and like. The technology is seriously researching on increasingly more ways to capture your attention. Your attention is their money. They track your history and show relevant advertisements, considering their service of showing you relevant resources for what you search for, or providing you the services. 

But now, we are more addicted to technology without even our awareness. I use an app called Space to track my phone usage. After tracking only i came to know that i use the smartphone on an average of 3 hrs a day and unlock my phone nearly 50 times a day. Just imaging how distraction the technology has become. We have to be more vigilant in conserving our dopamine which is the motivation hormone. We have to use it on something useful to the society, than watching cats jumping on trampoline in YouTube or constantly checking watsapp, facebook feeds. Warren Buffet still uses handwritten letters to correspond with others, he doesn't use email. We cannot live like Buffet, but we can be more aware of our tech usage and redirect it towards lesser and more vital things, than to use it to waste our time and energy.

Vital few

As we are running after so many things in our life. There are very few things that we really need to live simple. Those are enough food, simple cloths and place to live, and few people with whom we share a meaningful and good connection. That is all we need. It is good to find what you are passionate about, which makes your work more satisfactory and something that you will look forward to and love instead of resist to do. The inner aspects that we seek constantly are joy, peace, bliss and knowledge. Make sure you have loads of those in your life. Fill your life with meaningful activities that replenish them when you feel some of the tanks get dry.

Is this the age of energy, and where are we moving towards ?

 Since, there is serious research going on the the field of science and technology, which is moving towards energy self-sufficiency. The world is still not energetically self-sufficient, both at external and internal energy utilization. As the population increases, the consumption of energy through organic, electric and other means increases and the world is still in shortage of it. We all need proper planning of utilization of resources to make this possible. The true abundance in electrical form of energy through solar, nuclear fission and fusion are the ultimate goalpost of the energy hungry world. People are also seeking alternative forms of energy that is very different from the mainstream physics, such as pseudoscience room temperature nuclear fusion and extracting energy from vacuum fluctuations. It is still not proved but there are many possibilities still left to explore seriously.

Universe Entropy

    The universe as we know it is still filled with huge variety of wonders. It would not be possible for us to exhaust its variety even if we lived another trillion years experimenting and theorizing on how it works. The physics as we know now is going towards uncertainty and nondeterministic prediction of outcomes through probabilities for the working of the matter, energy at the  quantum levels. All of these is the result of ever increasing entropy of the universe. The energy bundled more and more towards the state of randomness. But the new formation of the energy also results in the principles of emergence. When two things join together, it creates something. When million things join together, an entirely new things emerges that is totally explainable. Let us take the neurons, the above example relates the working between the two neurons and a million neurons. The first is not that useful, but the second almost creates an platform for the intelligence to be hosted in, which is the brain.

Energetic aspect of normal things

Just winding back a few centuries, the most influential explorers explained that everything is made of matter. Then Einstein came and found that even matter is made of energy. We are exploring and utilizing more of the energetic aspect of the world. We are turning, tuning and using it in our daily life. The utilization of invisible electromagnetic spectrum for high speed communication and data transfer. Initially we used low data transfer through cellphones. Now, the utilization of high broadband high speed data transfer, we are transferring both voice and video.  The frequency of the technology is ever increasing as we progress and the energy we use to make it work. No wonder the batteries in our smartphone is not able to handle our phone usage. 

The Future of energetic age

There comes a point of limitation to the progress of the technology. There is a serious threat of our current computer processor manufacturing going to hit the end of the Moore's law. The size of the transistors have became so small that, there is no possible way to move forward to build more powerful compact computers. So, eventually we will scrap the technology and use our minds to its fullest capacity. We have not using even a fraction of our mental capacity. The more we research the mind field and utilize it, the knowledge of more subtle energy that is right in front of us but invisible to our physical senses will be opened to us. Tesla had visions on this and said that "The day science begins to study non-physical phenomena, it will make more progress in one decade than in all the previous centuries of its existence."

This is just the beginning of our transformation towards the more high frequency, high energetic life on this world. This will shift our perspective from the current materialistic living to more simple living and higher thinking.

Giant wheel secret - part 7 - Revealed ( hacking and reprogramming your subsconsious mind )

    We must know that, when we go into our subconscious mind, you can hack into your mind and can reprogram it with positive thoughts. A single day has 24 hours, in each day we must know in detail when we go deeper into our subconscious mind. 

    When there is already thousand of unwanted negative memories stored up in a persons subconscious mind. So, normally that person would be filled with tension, fear and anger. So, what we have to do is, whenever we go into our subconscious, we must replace the negative things with positive thought. Withing a month, all the negative records will be rewritten with positive records. Your life then will be filled with happiness, peace and joy. Check the below list during which you go into the deeper subconscious levels of mind. 

 When do we go into the Subconscious ?

1. When you are cooking, all the thoughts and emotions you have while you cook gets stored up into the food you cook. You would have had experiences that, after eating in certain house, you would feel peaceful, while eating in another house you would feel agitated.

It is the emotions and thoughts with which the cook has cooked the food. That energy is transferred to you , when you eat it. So, cook or ask the person who cook to do the food with love, peace and joy, it will permeate into the food, and those who eat it.

2. Whatever you think while you eat, that thought and emotion will mix with our food and go into our body and affects our body and mind. If you think good things, peaceful thoughts and positive emotions , then those things will increase in your life. 

3. When you are drinking anything like water, juice, tea or coffee. During that time, all the things you think will go into your subconscious. People who pray to God before eating or drinking, gets good positive things because they feel grateful for what they have. 

4. If you wake up in between sleep suddenly and go back to sleep. That intermediate time, you go deep into subconscious levels of the mind. 

5. Half and hour before going to sleep and half-an-hour after getting up from sleep, whatever you think will go straightly into your subconscious.

6. Whenever you are in fear or anxiety, all the things you think will go into your subconscious. If you are watching an horror movie, the moment you see a shocking scene and till you become normal, whatever you think will be recorded in your subconscious mind.

7. Whenever you are in an emotional state such as tension, fear, worrying. During those period, all the things you think and feel will be recorded into your deeper levels of mind.

8. Even when you are intensely emotional such as euphoria, happy, then your subconscious mind is activated and records your thoughts.

9.  When you are taking bath.

10. When you are crying.

11. When you are having sexual intercourse, half of what you think is stored into your subconscious.

12. When you are having orgasm, all the things you think will be stored very deeply into your subconscious mind. 

Reprogram your subconscious

    So, whenever you are in these periods, you get full access to your subconscious mind. You experience these things in day to day life. So, all you have to do is to replace your negative thoughts and words with positive thoughts and words during this period. Those things will be stored permanently into your subconscious mind and keeps your life filled with joy, peace and bliss. 

Normally if you say for thousand times that "You are peaceful", makes no impact or record in your subconscious. But, if you tell the same thing once, when you enter the subconscious state of mind during the above mentioned periods. That will have a very powerful record deep in your mind. You would then experience more peaceful life.

When you ride in the Giant wheel, when you go up you wont feel anything. But when you come down, you would feel like a part of you skips your body. You feel like your spirit cannot catch up with your body ,when your body is moving fast.

You will experience lot of anxious feelings when you come down in the Giant wheel. So, when i was traveling down, i found that i am going deeper into the subconscious and accessing all its records. And you can also erase the impure records and replace them with the pure records during those time.

Create a Wish List

You can create a wish list of highly positive things that can happen in your life. Like the below list and repeat them during the moments you enter the subconscious.

  • You are healthy
  • You are peaceful
  • You are intelligent
  • You are stronger
  • All the family members are peaceful and supportive
  • Your work and business is going great 
When you can repeat your wish list during the specified time,  it would become true in your life. Sometimes things in your life can change within a day or two , when you follow this secret technique. Please do share your experiences.


Giant wheel secret - Part 6 - Vipasanna meditation

    By doing Vipasanna meditation, you can erase all the unwanted records from your subconscious mind. Vipasanna is one kind of meditation technique, there are centers all around the world to go and practice this technique. If you go to these centers, you can learn on how to do it.

    Simply put, it is to be silent for 10 days without talking to anyone or doing anything. You can carry out the things necessary for sustaining your body like bathing, going to restroom, sleeping and eating. But apart from it you must not do anything. 

Process explained

    For the 10 days, you have to silently sit in a meditative posture and do nothing. As you sit simply still, your mind goes deeper from the normal conscious mind into the more deeper layers of the subconscious mind.  As you go through this process, the unwanted records stored up as debris in your subconscious mind gets released one by one and finally you will become free from those haunting thoughts, emotions and be with crystal clarity. At the 10th day when you come out to look the world, you will laugh at others and what they do like fighting for simple things doesn't makes meaning anymore. As your mind becomes lighter, this world will also become more light for you.

What is Vipasanna ?

     You must be thinking what is the use of doing this Vipasanna meditation. Let us see this in more detail. When a person goes to the Vipasanna meditation, all the negative records of the mind is cleared out. If he is going for first time, he does vipasanna and goes out to normal life. All the tension, fear and anger gets accumulated .So, it is better to do it once a year to maintain the mental clarity throughout the year. 

    It is best to go and do Vipasanna and to use the Secret good words usage in once life before learning and using the Giant wheel secret. If a person has gone to vipasanna meditation and learns the Giant wheel secret, then after learning it goes to the vipasanna meditation. It will be thousand times more beneficial. Giant wheel secret - Part 5 - The secret !

 To reprogram our subconscious mind and to erase out all the negative records stored in it. We are going to use the following three methods.

  1. The Secret ! (As a man thinketh)
  2. Vipasanna meditation
  3. Giant Wheel Secret

    To use the Giant wheel secret we need to learn the other two basic steps that leads to it. The first is "The secret" methods. We need to learn it first. Then comes the vipasanna meditation. The final step is the daily practice of the Giant wheel secret.

    So, as you follow these steps and use it in your daily life. All the tension, anger, fear and other negative emotions will be erased once and for all from your heart. There will be no new future negative records entering your subconscious mind. The most important aspect of giant wheel secret is that, it will teach you how to replace anger with happiness, tension with peace. Let us see the secret in more detail.

The Secret (As a man Thinketh)

    Whatever we think will happen. We can classify our words into good and not-so-good words. Nowadays, people generally send "I miss you" to their loved ones. When they send this, they will miss them more.  Because missing is negative. Instead of the letter "m" if you replace with "k", you would be more close to them. 

Words matter

    We can use the good words or bad words two kinds of ways. If one scolds another person, "You will not have a good life". Then that person will have a good life. If one scolds another person, "You will lose everything", then that person will lose everything. If one is concerned for another person and tells him, "you will not lose everything", then also that person will lose everything. It is because the word "Lose" is negative. Our subconscious mind doesn't know the word "no", "not". It takes in everything positive or negative words thrown at it.

When a person is facing lot of losses in his bushiness. If he keeps on thinking about his losses. He will lose more. If he think how to reduce loss, then also he will lose more. Only when he thinks he must see and focus more on profits. He will reap lot of profit in his business. Whatever we focus on becomes bigger. 

You can use "not" or "no" when describing a negative word which is replaced by positive words. So, even when you are expressing negative things, positive effects will happen due to the usage of positive words. Like instead of dirty use not-clean, instead of disease use not-healthy, instead of bad use not-so-good.

Using "You" instead of "I"

When we repeat some positive affirmation. It is better to use "You" to denote ourselves instead of "I". You is more powerful and creates high impact in the subconscious mind. The word "I" is neglected by the subconscious mind and have no impact. For eg, you can instead of "I am rich", use "You are rich."

Be Present

 The affirmations that you repeat yourself, if they are present then it is more powerful and magnetizes and attracts situation that you desire spontaneously. If you can affirm "You are rich and beautiful now". Then it will make you more rich and beautiful now. It attracts people, events and situations that will make that happen in your life.
