All the greatest entrepreneurs till date have taken some of the problems the humanity as a whole, has faced currently (or will face in the future) and created solutions for it. The tremendous value is being created by the creative solutions in moving forming a group of talented people, generating rounds of funds to build, running an organization and finally building prototyped solution and talking it forward towards the whole mass. Take Steve Jobs, Jeff Bezos, Bill Gates, Elon Musk and all the list of top shining stars in the entrepreneur list makes all these possible in the best possible way and the products or services they have created has served millions and propelled the entire humanity forward in terms of the consumer’s technology.
Indomitable Spirit
As the problem faced by the humanity is all time high, the people who lead innovative solutions to the problems need to have indomitable spirit. The spirit had by many of the greatest leaders is nothing short of tremendous spirit and unceasing self-motivation. They have to move all the existing barriers, inspire people towards the new paradigm shift and raise the vibrational levels of the world as a whole to manifest the products they envision into a living reality. The indomitable spirit is exuded by many in their quotes.
Elon Musk had said, “No, I don't ever give up. I'd have to be dead or completely incapacitated”.
Steve Jobs said, “It is impossible to fail, if you learn from your mistakes. Don’t give up”.
Grace under pressure
They had shown all over the history, that even the worst setbacks are turned into fortune and the way to move forward. Steve Jobs started Pixar when he was kicked out of apple. He says that it is the highest positive event in his life, and gave him new perspectives. When Elon musk had to endure the pain and suffering during the starting days of the Tesla and SpaceX. He says that it is like eating glass. He turned the enemy of high cost of the Tesla automotive parts by designing cheaper and better alternatives both in-house and outsourcing to China. Similarly, for the SpaceX, the rocket engine technology is monopolized majorly by Russians. When he went out to buy rocket engines from Russians, he was taken aback by the cost of purchase. He started in-house design, fabrication and testing ingenious rocket engines. They have constantly turned the adversity into fortune.
Will and Won’t Power
The will power is developed by gradually growing the “Won’t” power. Saying “no”, is not a popular option nowadays. The focus, energy and power of will power is lost over telling “yes” to everything. Telling “no” gives back that lost power. Steve Jobs, cut about 70% the unnecessary product lines such as printers and servers in apple and streamlined and gave full focus to product such as iMac. He made the employees to fully devote their time and energy into it. It made a huge difference and became a hit all over the world.
So, for being a great entrepreneur, you need to find a solution for a problem the humanity faces and make it happen. The problem can be a small local problem such as the garbage handling in your street to the major global problems such as the energy, financial crisis.
