Giant wheel secret - Part 4 - Why subconsicous records increase ?

    The anger we have now will be exceeded next year. The fear we have now will be exceeded next year. The fear when it is reduced with time, it means that it is getting erased gradually. But, if it increasing, then we are the reason who is increasing it with time.

    When you thinking about any past incident, you get angry and you will be in that state for half-an-hour. If anyone wanted to meet you at that state, you would avoid them or ask them to meet you after half-an-hour. You would like to be alone for a while to overcome that emotional state. 

     You would want to take rest and balance out your mental state. You would avoid doing any work because at that state you cannot work efficiently. Normally, the emotions such as anger, fear and tension when it comes, it affects us for only few seconds. But, it is being recorded in the deeper layers of our subconscious mind. Only when we go to that state, then only that records comes out and plays.

     Let us see in detail what happens from the moment you experience a intense emotional state initially for a second  and later  it lasts for half-an-hour and gradually reduces to your normal baseline state. 

     The anger feeling recorded deeper in your subconscious mind will gradually raise up to your conscious mind. As it raises, it finally gets to your conscious mind, it becomes normal neutral record. But, the amount of anger you felt the first time is less compared to the anger you feel after five months. Why is that so ? It is because, you replay that same incident in thousand your mind, and record more and more anger to it every time. So, it becomes thousand times bigger than the original level of anger you felt when you first faced that incident. Please notice this process very carefully, it has the clue to the answer that we are searching for.

     This bears some repetition to understand it deeply. The first time we feel anger, it lasts for only few seconds. But the emotional state is present for half-an-hour. So, whatever we feel or think during that 30mins is recorded. If we replay the incident 1000 times, then we record and make our anger 1000 times bigger. This is very important to understand, as we will hack this mechanism to our benefit.

    So, to recap, the fear experience is recorded in your subconscious mind. Whenever you feel emotional, you access deeper layers and the stored up record of anger comes out from your subconscious mind. Your mind goes to that deeper level, when those records play out.

    When you reach those deeper layers, the anger comes and goes out within few seconds. But, you are still in the deeper subconscious state for half-an-hour, after that period it gradually comes to the conscious state of mind. So, in that time period, whatever you think, positive or negative gets stored up in that deep layers of mind. At that moment, if you think of 1000 things that make you angry, fear or tension. Those things get stored up instantaneously. Because of this, life is filled with suffering and pain and it keeps on increasing with time.

    So, if you can understand this mechanism, you can reduce the unwanted negative emotional states that you feel and changed it towards positive feelings.

Giant wheel secret - Part 3 - Ways to peace !

    For a human to live peacefully, we must send the emotions stored such as the anger, tension, fear, worry and depression from the subconscious mind to the intellect, from heart to the brain. We must erase it or express it openly without inhibition.

     Let us first understand how the bad records are created in the subconscious mind and how they are increased. Then, we will see how to erase them within a second from the subconscious mind and live a peaceful and happy life. 

    The first step in the working mechanism is that, you enter your subconscious mind when you are intensely emotional and during that period, a snapshot of mental thoughts and emotions are recorded into your subconscious mind. Let us imagine that your subconscious mind had one million layers of records. The intensity of our emotions directly correlates to the depth at which the record is stored at that instant.

    The deeper the record stored in your subconscious mind, the higher the pain and suffering you experience due to that record and high difficulty in erasing it.  Conversely, the records near the top of the record will be easier to erase and creates very less pain or suffering.

     Whenever you experience bad incidents in your life, there is a record of it stored up in your subconscious mind. And whenever you go to that emotionally intense state, the old record comes out from the subconscious to express itself.

     You can clearly understand this from this simple example. So, when you are afraid and shocked by seeing a cockroach in your house. The fear gets stored up in your subconscious mind. The next time you see the cockroach, the old stored up fear comes out of the subconscious mind.

    So, the way to clear out the bad records from your subconscious mind, is to experience the same situation, emotional state or shock again. Then, the records will get cleared out from the subconscious and gets stored in the intellect for future use.  

    By erasing out the entire bad records from our subconscious mind, you can live peacefully. When you think about the bad incident, you don't feel emotionally about it, it has made its way to the intellect. It is just a past event and you remain unaffected by it. So, by transferring bad things from the heart (subconscious mind) to the brain (intellect) can makes us to live happily.

Giant wheel secret - Part 2 - Levels of the mind

    This post is continued from the introduction given in part 1. The below explanation shows the various operating levels of your mind. 

Human Mind (Human mind by Osman)

1. Conscious mind

    The conscious mind can hold only a fraction of the recent temporary experiences. For example, if i ask you what did you eat yesterday for dinner. Then you can recollect the food that you had, because the recording of that experience is present in your conscious mind. If I ask you what you had four years back at a particular date 04.05.2016. Then you are unable to answer because it is being removed or erased from the conscious mind. 

2. Subconscious mind

     But, at the same time, if someone would have humiliated you four years back. Even to this date, you can vividly remember the exact date, time, place and the people present and you become angry like it had happened now.  This is because the emotionally charged experience is stored in the subconscious mind. 

    You must understand that all the past recordings that had happened in the subconscious mind is giving you suffering and loss.  When you are happy, it mixes with your life. But, when you are experiencing intensely hated things, then it doesn't mix with your life and get stored in the subconscious mind.

    Let us consider imaginary situation, where you have been slapped by your manager in your office. So, whenever you think about the manager, you get anger brewing within yourself. Our intellect tells us to leave the issue as many years have been passed and you have changed positions and don't know where that manager is present. But your heart, still feels anger whenever you think about that manager and suffer from pain, shame and anguish. You feel overwhelmed by the emotions and become agitated.

    Similar to above incidents, you have may have faced many unlikable incidents with your family members, friends and work colleagues which stores up many heaps of unwanted negative emotions inside your subconscious mind. So, whenever those surface, you feel overwhelmed with emotions and lose yourself.

     Please do understand that the worry you have is due to the recorded stuff in your subconscious mind. Let us take a incident for which we are angry or sad and experience it for like 30mins. At this time of experiencing it, if you tell yourself, "dont be angry or sad". This doesn't solve the problem.  Even after five days, the anger or sadness is not reduced but increased. Do notice this carefully.

    Why had the anger or sadness has increased ? Even thought the situation that created it is not present. The feelings such as anger, tension and fear is increased day by day and it is not reducing as we think. This is because you cannot erase the recorded stuffs in the subconscious mind using your intellect. We will see why this is the case in more detail.

    As you have seen before, the stored up stuffs in your subconscious mind is the reason for all your anger, tension and fear. So, you have to erase them or to let them out by expressing them openly. How to express them openly ? For example, if someone have cheated you. You can cheat him back or give him the required punishment. By this way, your mind is happy and the recorded stuff in the subconscious mind is erased. This experience is then for reference kept in the intellect for future use. 

    The memories in the intellect doesn't create any emotion. The memories in the subconscious mind is the culprit that makes us emotionally overwhelmed and act irrationally, thereby increasing our suffering.

3. Super-conscious mind

    This level of mind has the potential to receive and understand all kinds of vibrations from the entire universe. The mind that knows the past, present and the future is the super-conscious mind.

    When you are in the state of the super-conscious mind, everything is understood, no more explanations from others is needed. The people who accessed this states are those who tell prophecies, have powers to speak with the ghosts and higher dimensional beings and the self-realized saints. Every human being has the potential to access this super-conscious state and experience and understand the entire cosmic dream. But, the sub-conscious mind has to be cleared of all the past emotionally charged stuffs that is deeply recorded in it. Only then you can access the super-conscious mind.

Giant wheel secret - Part 1 - Introduction

 The merry go round secret is a simple technique discovered to keep your mind peaceful. If everyone in the world is peaceful that itself is enough nothing more is needed. But, we are all suffering without knowing the methods to keep our mind peaceful.

Normally, when we have anger, tension, worry, depression or any other negative emotions, we feel sad , worry and suffer. But, if you can know and use the Giant wheel secret, within a second you can use the above negative emotions to your highest benefit. 

By learning this Giant wheel secret, the mental tension or anguish created by your enemies and traitors, many negative emotions, confusion, fear and worry that are already  inside our heart and mind. Those can be replaced and recorded with positive thoughts such as  love, peace, happiness, calmness, perseverance, health. Those who does meditation practices for many years, the same results can be attained by us within few minutes using this secret technique.  The second a person learns this secret and uses it regularly, that person gets the qualification to live a peaceful life for eternity.

Questioning the realness of this reality

 We are living in this universe, but is it real. If it is real how can one prove it ? The current scientific understanding tells us that the universe is made of space which is filled with matter and the matter is made of atoms with nuclei, electrons. The matter as we know is occupies mostly of empty space as the ratio of the volume of the nuclei to the volume of atom is 10^-15. The matter itself is made of sheer space, empty space. The physicist Max Tegmark tells that the mind or the consciousness as we know, cannot be explained by any currently existing scientific theories. There as to be new theories invented to explain them. The problem of not being able to understand consciousness is the hard problem and is still unresolved in the field of Artificial Intelligence.

What is reality ?

The closest point the Hollywood movies went to explaining it is in the movie "Matrix", where Morpheus explains "What is real? How do you define ‘real’? If you’re talking about what you can feel, what you can smell, what you can taste and see, then ‘real’ is simply electrical signals interpreted by your brain.". He captures just one level of the reality by the physical brain processing all the signals being inputted to it. If there is brain, then this world is real. The entire world or universe that we see, smell, taste and touch all exist in our brain. If there is no brain, there is no universe. But the brain exist in the universe and is a part of the material existence. This is the first level, the material plane. All the scientific exploration is in this plane and stuck in it.

Mind Plane

You can reason that, there is a dead body. It has brain, but it cannot function and experience this universe. So, brain alone is just a tool, some life force has to there to operate it otherwise its just a dead gooey substance. Then all of a sudden, the our mind comes into the picture. Our mind processes all the thoughts and emotions. Our minds can exist without a brain. This seems puzzling, but there are many ghosts without body taking out revenges and haunting places. There are also out of body experiences by people around the globe. The mind doesn't need any tool to accomplish its desires. It makes it own tools. It creates the brain and body to have fun and fulfill its desire. This seems way too illogical, because we see everything from the material plane. There is brain and there is mind inside the brain and this body of ours.

But let us for a moment see from our experience. Right now, do you feel that your body is experiencing the mind, or the mind experiencing the body. All of us from experience feel that our mind is experiencing everything including the body and the brain (and the universe!). The brain doesn't have any sensory input, so we don't normally feel the brain. But during headache or fatigue we indirectly feel the groaning and tired brain. So, the brain, body and everything present, the entire universe is in our mind Without mind, nothing exist. In the dream, the entire dream world, dream people and dream cookies are created by your brain. It vanishes the moment you wake up. The mental plane is the second level of reality, as we go higher, the air get thin, it is difficult to breath and understand the concepts. It is bizzare but hold on, we will get there.

Consciousness plane

This is very difficult to explain and understand as we go one level beyond the mind into the thoughtless and emotionless space. It is just the pure choice-less awareness. The awareness that which holds your mind. Our little mind is like a software that is booted up in this invisible hardware call the awareness or consciousness. The consciousness precedes mind, because it can exist without the mind like in the deep meditation and deep sleep. But the mind cannot exist without consciousness. You have to be conscious or be aware to experience the mind.

In the deep sleep, we are conscious without the mind. After waking up we know that we had a deep sleep. While having deep meditation, we have no thoughts, feelings or the existence of the body. In that state we experience pure consciousness. Your consciousness is self-proved because you don't ask yourself whether you exist. You just know that you exist because of your awareness. There are many researches being conducted in the mental plane. Even small discoveries in the mental plane would bring significant useful changes to the society. The discovery in the conscious plane would make one internally renounce everything. As, he discovers that everything is just a illusion created by the mind, nothing else.

Finally

As consciousness precedes the mind which in turn precedes the universe. So, the consciousness is the primary reality. Everything exist in consciousness and is consciousness. You are that consciousness and the entire universe exist because of you and in you. It seems far fetched but it is following logical thought pattern. I was very curious about consciousness and was searching more on the detailed understanding of it. I stumbled upon many resources that explained them explicitly in great detail are this Youtube playlist lecture explaining non-duality and this short book Ashtavakra Gita by Byrom. They helped me in understanding consciousness. But realizing it and experiencing this concept is what everyone must strive to achieve in this lifetime.

Unheard strange facts of animals

This world is filled with 84 lakh living organisms. Each organisms has variety of differences. We share here such strange characteristics of animals here.

  • The spider spins its own web for its home. It does not take any effort in searching for food.outside. It eats the flies, insects that falls into its web. The flies and insects gets stuck to the sticky web. In this way, the spider gets food to its place. All organisms go out to get food, but the spider is opposite of all.
  • The dung beetle  collects the other animal excretion, makes it into a ball and rolls it to its home. The dung beetle searches and get its food this way.
  • In the snake family, there are 42 types of snakes in the Viriyan snake category. The Indian spectacled cobra (Nalla pambu), throws itself to attack the victim. There is one special type of snake in the Viriyan category, which when spots a victim such as birds, squirrels in the tree. It blows poisonous vapors of air towards the victim. The victim then becomes unconscious and falls off the tree. The snake then eats them. 
  • The crab while reproducing breaks its shell to release its babies.The baby crab while being soft also hides till its shell gets hardened.
  • The Anril bird (Plegadis falcinellus) flies very high in the air, far higher then the eyes can see. This bird puts egg while flying itself. As the egg falls towards the earth, the chick will break the egg and starts flying before the egg hits the earth surface. 
  • The animals which has ears will lay babies and give milk to them
  • The animals without ears will lay eggs like chicken.
  • The animals with five fingers are meat eaters like tiger, lion, cheetah, dog and cat.
  • The animals with two fingers are plant eaters like rabbit, horse, goat, cow and camel.
  • The greatest actor among animals is the deer. It can move any particular muscle in its body to shake of the flies that comes and sit on its body.
  • The humans have 3.5 crore pores on the skin. we sweat through this pores to maintain constant body temperature. The dog has the sweating gland in the tongue. So, when it runs for a while, its tongue sweats. It is the sweat not saliva.
  • The elephants have sweat glands in the eyes. So, the tears from the elephant eyes are all sweat. The elephant is not crying as we think it to be.
 There are many such strange facts of the animals to be found and shared. Many animals have become extinct and the trend is growing. The historical creatures like dinosaurs that have been under mass extinction due to the comet strike is even more fascinating, but they are not present anymore.

The future of fresh water

The resource of fresh water is becoming scare with each passing year. The future of fresh water is becoming a dire question mark. One out of nine people in the world doesn't have access to fresh water. The water borne diseases is also on the raise and takes toll on many peoples life. Many rural villages in the developing nations face water crisis for local domestic usage and for agriculture. They depend on the ground water, rivers and rain. The climate change has radicalized the patterns of rain and continue to disrupt the fresh water water resource. At this rate, water will become more scarce and costly. Everything associated with the water as an input including all agricultural harvests will directly be affected. Many technologies are being researched and grown to cater to these needs and to feed billions of thirsty mouths in the future.

Rain water Harvesting

The simplest way to conserve and regenerate the ground water which is the major source of water for many people is to store the rainwater. The existing structure without any big change can be utilized to do rainwater harvesting. The routing of the water from the terrace to a nearest location near a bore-well or normal well is the first step. Then the water is filtered using the bed of big pebbles and layers of finer soils. In my house, we set up rain water harvesting upon the mandate by the Government and the water in the well is pretty much maintained for a year with just a dozen of rainfall. The nature does all the work for us by evaporating the water from the sea and bringing up-to our roof top. It is our gratefulness to receive it open hands and thankful heart and to store it for future use.

Water from Air

In some places with no ground water, it is better to use the water from air technologies. These technologies are costly and use electricity to condense the humidity in the atmosphere to water. They add minerals to the condensed water to make it portable. It is used by the US military and the highest efficient commercial devices are made by Israel technological companies. It works great in high humidity places. Recently. a desiccant based technology is developed by a Bangalore based startup Uravu to collect water from air. There are also few teams that won the google X-prize for water abundance by creating water at less than a few cents per liter.

Space technology

The International space station hosting a bunch of astronauts needs regular water supply to live there. It is a huge cost to transport water from earth surface to the space station. So, what they do is they recycle all the waste including the air, breath from astronaut, sweat and urine into drinking water. It sounds really crazy, but many astronauts report that it tastes like bottle water. They use highly efficient  filtration system to do this and generate about 13 liters of water per day. These space technologies create a self-sustaining ecosystem that circulates water just like the earth as a whole. If these technologies are made cheaper and accessible to general public, then it would solve major water crisis.

So, the next time you throw a half emptied water bottle, just remember that in the future it can be somebody recycled urine by not conserving water you have now. The conservation of fresh water is becoming a regular need for us. We can only appreciate water when it is scares. It is better to reduce your water consumption, like drink water only if you are thirsty, In my house, the waste water from cleaning the clothes is used for flushing the toilet, the water is reused. The water from taking bath if natural soaps are used for bathing can be used for gardens. We use nearly 10 liters of water per bath, if that goes into the garden to grow useful fruits and vegetables, it would be very useful for our families and the world as a whole.

My Journey towards tapping the zero point energy

The zero point energy is the underlying energy that is present untapped in the vacuum. The motion or vibration of the particles is not reduced to zero when placed under zero kelvin. This is called the zero point energy (ZPE). The vacuum holds tremendous amounts of energy. The current scientifically established theories doesn't provide meaningful explanation and way to tap it for practical usages.  My research with my Assam friend started back some 4-5 years back. We started our research of tapping into the zero point energy by replicating the four battery Tesla switch experiment.

Researching History and proposed theories

We started by discussing the previous attempts made by many  accomplished and notable people in this field of ZPE. This list has the names Thomas Henry Moray, Hendershot, Stan Meyer, Bruce DePalma, Paramahansa Tewari and many others. They have generated energy from pure vacuum through coherence of the quantum entities. On the path of understanding the basic engineering principles involved in making their devices work. I found the book "Quest for free energy: Engineering Principles for free energy" by Moray King very useful. This book neatly summarizes the underlying common things in wide range of experiments done by many people to tap the ZPE.  The another literature that helped us in this journey is the ancient knowledge known as Sankhya philosophy as elucidated in the KapillaVastu website. There is a book in the site which explains with combinatorial mathematics the derivation of the various physical constants of this universe. No one has done this in the scientific community. The equations presented there are direct and without intermediate derivations and vague explanations. 

Four battery Tesla Switch

This involves switching of charging and discharging between two pair of batteries coupled in series and parallel. The batteries in series will charge the batteries in parallel.

We initially tried a combination of Arduino Mega to generate the signal for the switching transistor to make a solid-state Tesla switching device. We used various diodes and transistors to switch the batteries from series to parallel and to run in cycles. It was very easy to do sweeping over wide range of frequencies and duty cycles by little modification of Arduino code. The circuit ran but the batteries were depleting as the load took energy from the battery.

Then, we tried with the normal brush commutator mechanisms to reach high frequency mechanical make and break of around 400-700 Hz. Due to the high current there was rapid degradation of the commutator mechanism. Even though we used platinum contact, there were black carbon residue formation and the rapid deterioration of the mechanical and electrical properties of the contacts, we discarded this idea. 

Then we tried doing it with clapping kind of switches placed radially inside a PVC pipe and the spring loaded rollers moving over them to create the mechanical make and break of the switch. We also used high efficiency toroidal transformer to couple the inter-charging and discharging of the batteries as they are put on load. This ran good for few hours and then, due to the repeated oscillation of the copper plates that is used in this clapping switch mechanism, it broke of one by one. The batteries were also discharging gradually under load. We thought that the resonance of the ions inside the batteries will produce quantum coherence and tap the ZPE from vacuum. So, I thought of doing the next experiment with normal water.

Water Electrolysis under resonance !

I tried connecting the output of a woofer of the sound system with a full bridge rectifier to produce fluctuation DC (Sorry, i lost the images due to formatted phone). I made series of stainless steel plates and kept less then few mm clearance between the plates and did electrolysis of water. I did a sweep of frequency by using Audacity by generating Sine waves of various audio frequency from 0 to 22,000 Hz. I tried to see if there is anomalous generation of hydrogen. I did a sweep for around 5-6 hours. There was no visible increase in the production of hydrogen over this wide range of frequencies.  There was also dark substance building between the stainless steel plates and effectively stopped me from doing the electrolysis. ( If you try do to this experiment at home, please do be careful. Do it in open space, as hydrogen gas builds up. also dispose the waste of electrolysis properly. Since, it most probably is a nasty poisonous chemical. If you use salt, then there is a high chance of generation of poisonous chlorine gas )

Benitez patent replication

 After lot of research, i hit the benitez charging circuit which was patented during the year 1918 in British database. It uses shorted transformers which creates a standing scalar wave that taps somehow into ZPE. The patent shows the device similar to the Tesla switch, but uses shorted transformer. The closed loop feedback between the primary and secondary coils of the transformer creates the action. In the above simple experiment, i used four small 4v sealed lead acid batteries with the ignition coil of old TVS-50 used as the high voltage transformer. I used the 5v relay triggered by the Arduino mega for switching the circuit on-off in a pulsed manner. i created a capacitor by using 10x3cm aluminium plate separated by polycarbonate sheets. The two pole 9-way switch is used to switch the batteries from series to parallel combination.  The circuit is simplified by Rick Friedrich in his youtube channel and website. I used it to recreate this device. It worked well, gave mixed results of increasing battery voltage under load. But after few hours, the battery voltages reduced under the load of small filament bulb. This too didn't work.

All the above experiments that i performed did not create energy from vacuum and did not tap into the Zero point energy. But, I had lot of fun doing these experiments and gained lot of insights to build better devices. Currently, i am focusing the predecessor of Benitez device which is the Daniel Cook coil. I hope doing the replication of the Cook Coil will give interesting results. (Await for more updates)

How to clear out toxins from your body ?

 There are too much artificial chemicals added to our food which are toxins to our body. Your liver is working very hard to clear out the toxins on regular basis. The moment you keep the taste the food, your tongue send the signals to your liver to start its detoxification process. The liver is overworked and tired due to the accumulation of waste for many years continuously. There are some simple things you can do to clear out the unwanted waste from your physical system. The clear system is efficient and healthy.  There are few simple things that I follow to keep a waste free system.

Eyes

 We live in polluted environments and strain our eyes all the time to use computer and phone. The eye has inbuilt waste clearing mechanisms by secreting salt water and the eyelids acts as wiper. But, it is not doing much good, because people working in the system blink far lesser than the normal blinking rate. I know a friend of mine who works in software development got some issues of eyes getting dry due to the reduced eye blinking rate. So, its better to set up a break reminding software to take some little breaks and look far and take a walk. You can install a software like safeEyes for linux or BreakTimer for all OS platforms. It intimates you to take a break and shows a countdown timer. It is very helpful for me to keep my eyes relaxed and clean from the waste. Once a week you can also put few drops of castor oil on your eyes, it clears all the dirt and keep your eyes cool and relaxed. Wearing protective glasses while traveling also helps reduce the amount of dirt getting into the eyes.

Nose

We continuously breath and the filter the air through the nose. It is also on the overdrive because of the amount of pollutants that is created daily. Our nose has to be cleaned regularly. It would be helpful if you can do "Jal Neti", it is to clean the nasal passage with water. You can bend forward, take some normal room temperature water in a mug. While breathing through the mouth, you can pour the water into ride-side  nostril and let it come out of the left-side. Similarly the other side, care must be taken to breath only through your mouth and not through the nostrils. Otherwise water would go into the nose resulting in chocking.  The mug with a long protruding tube is more effective to direct the water into the nostrils than normal mug. Water Fasting

The water fasting is not eating normal food and taking only water for a day. The easiest day to fast is three days before full moon or no-moon. On that day, our body is naturally not hungry. You can fast one day every 14 days. It is difficult for the first time, but after fasting a couple of times, it becomes easier to follow. I do fasting regularly and take on normal work routine even while fasting. By taking up fasting, you clear up the tremendous amounts of energy used for the digestion by the stomach toward purifying the blood from toxins. The blood is the inbound and outbound traffic for all organs, so it directly cleans out all of the bodily organs. The body rejuvenates and all the energy reserves are replenished while fasting. Intestines

The intestines extract the energy and minerals from the digested food from the stomach. They usually accumulate lot of waste in the intestinal linings. It can be cleared by two ways. One is by taking natural laxatives or Ayurveda medicine that flush the intestinal track once or twice a year. Another method is to do enema, by flushing water into the intestines through anus. It can be done using an enema kit and filling it with lukewarm water. It clears all the dirt and long accumulation of waste from the intestines. 

The little waste that is present in our body takes up lot of energy and makes our body inefficient. It is better to have a powerful clear system and have all the energy freed up for your disposal. It also keeps you healthy and disease free by boosting your immune system. So, take maintenance care of clearing your system from unwanted wastes and toxins. How to find your character strengths and use them ?

We can self-study ourselves and find many interesting things. One such thing is your character strengths. They are broadly classified under the virtues like wisdom, courage, humanity, justice, temperance and transcendence. There are totally 24 character strengths found which are appreciation of beauty & excellence, bravery, creativity, curiosity, fairness, forgiveness, gratitude, honesty, hope, humility, humor, judgement, kindness, leadership, love, love of learning, perseverance, prudence, self-regulation, social intelligence, spirituality, team-work and zest.

Why should you find it?

When you can know more about what your character strength are, you can put it into practice in your work life, home and other stuffs. It will increase your overall contentment, satisfaction and happiness of your life. It promotes joy, balance and well-being in all the things you do. When you can find your lesser strengths, you can develop them more gradually by taking little actions and growing them over time.

How to find it ?

You can find it in this online survey, viacharacter. They have exhaustive multiple choice questions. It takes around 15mins or less. It is the lengthiest online questionnaire that I have taken. But it is worthy to know your character strengths. Give your most honest answer to these questions, because no one is going to see your responses, everything is evaluated by the computer program and it gives back your strengths as a report (Save it for future reference, you will need it). It is highly accurate evaluation that i have found online. For me, i got my primary character strengths as creativity, curiosity, love of learning, fairness and spirituality.

Putting them into use

The most interesting and fun thing to do is to put your strength into use. You can create an activity for each of your strength and make a list of it for a week. Like for example, for each of my strength like create a pyramid holographic 3D projector for creativity, explore Dark-Net for curiosity, read a book for love of learning, help a needy person for fairness and meditate 15 mins for spirituality. In this way, i regularly put my strength to use. It makes life more enthusiastic and vibrant. By identifying the causation of what you like and to put it into these activities. You directly identify more about yourself and like the things you do. 

You can also put your strength to use in your work life. It will improve your job satisfaction and gives tremendous boost of value to your company. The potential of this self-evaluation is limited only by your creativity. Use your creativity and put your character strength to wise use so that it serves you and others around well.

Why does doing right things always bring victory ?

Everything in this universe at a fundamental level is energy, vibration and pure potential. Just like the sea surface at the shore has its ebb and flow. So does this life of yours, have ups and downs. The changes is the only constant. You would not have imagined that, the world would be under lock-down due to the health crisis. But at the same time, new things, new ideas and businesses are taking shape and blooming due to this. We had a lot of time and spend more time introspection ourselves, taking a break and relaxing. No matter what the external circumstances, crisis or apocalypse, if you can do a series of right things and keep your mind and heart focused on the right thoughts and actions. At the long term, you will have all the good things in life and you will emerge successful in whatever pursuit you are in.

Some Basic do's and don't

They are Non-harming, Truthfulness, Non-stealing, Energy Moderation,  Non-grasping, Purity, Contentment, right effort, self-study, Dedication to the highest as described in the Patanjali yoga sutras. These are the basic preliminaries that has to be followed to keep us in the right track. As everything is energy, i would like to share the interpretation of these Yamas (Do's) and Niyamas (Don't) viewed from the energy and life perspective.

Non-Harming

Due to the conservation of the energy, the baseline energy level of the universe is just a flat line. This matter and the anti-matter is the up and downs. In the same way, in our life, whatever the energy we put out in this world. The same energy gets around and come back to us. If we harm anyone, someone will definitely come back to harm us. So, it is better to develop kindness, helpfulness and being supportive for others. It will be helpful for us when we need it the most. People around us acts as buffers and with kind heart, willingly support us. 

Truthfulness

There is so much confusion and noise out there in this world. We all are being trained to be efficient liars. A little lie here and there wont hurt. But, it can add up. So, its better to be truthful. Sometimes, when truth hurts others, it is best to avoid telling it out of kindness for the other person. When we speak more truthfully, we get to see what we are seeking pretty much faster than usual. The more you speak truth, the more you can see the truth out there and you will associate with other true souls. The relationships that are built on the trust lasts forever and will be the most cherished thing in your life.

Non-stealing

In the short term, the stealing gives one a little benefit. But, pretty soon or later things adds up and crashes him towards a downward spiral. He would worry about his things being stolen by others. he would have lost his peace and joy in life. We have been given tremendous willpower to achieve and serve others to the best of our capabilities. It is better to utilize those, develop our skills and serve. The effort we put as hard work not only develops our self-determination. It also develops our will to greater degree, that whatever goals we set will become true.  

Energy Moderation

The energy of our body, mind has to be conserved for us to focus our attention on the difficult endeavors we have in life. The energy we put into our exercise, gives us more energy for the rest of the day. The boxers follow strict discipline and doesn't have sex before their boxing matches.  We must also conserve our vital power like fighters and must not give in to self-indulgence. There is tremendous amount of energy and bodily vitamins and minerals lost during sex. For unmarried people, its better to not have sex and for married people, it is better to have it in moderation. Little by little, we lose our energy, the nervous system becomes weak and the gas tank of our willpower lowers as we age. 

Non-grasping

The minimalism attitude is being trended nowadays as stylish and savvy thing to follow. It is because the fact that whatever we own, owns a part of us. You put your effort into maintaining the things you own. When what you own is more than what you need, it takes a lot of your mental and physical spaces and starts to get at you. It is better to not hold onto anything. The more we try to have a firm grasp onto something, life comes and snatches it away as everything is temporary in this world. It will be a lot painful for losing things or people. When we have our energy focused on the things we have. That energy is locked onto that object or person. We cannot use it for any other purpose or activities. By practicing non-grasping, we are really free and have full control of our energies to do what we really want.

Purity

The purity of heart comes from the love that we can share with others and to the infinite. If we can do all our activities as a service toward the divine infinite, then the purity can be gradually developed in our life. One small act of purity and love is so powerful than all the big acts out there that are done with lots of money with the impure heart and mind. You can develop devotion gradually toward the infinite, that helps in gaining more purity. When you are more pure, all of our hearts qualities goes upward towards positive things such as kindness, empathy, love etc. If you constantly put out these energies, you will attract more of it in your life.

Contentment

A day lived with contentment is worthy then years lived without it. That is why contentment is so important to us. It helps us to be satisfied with whatever we have and be fulfilled with it. We live a modest life. The more we serve our energy to others in selfless activities, the more contentment we have. Nothing else brings more happiness and contentment than helping the needy, being of value to others. This can really drive us and help us to develop all other qualities to do the right thing.

Right effort

The things that you do must be done with the right effort. The shortcuts in life is actually more longer than the straight route to the destination. Many times they are more costly than the direct path. How many millions or billions is being paid for lawsuits between businesses. It is better to deal with things with right effort, however hard it may be. That is the only way to enjoy the success and to retain it with us always.

Self-study

Taking a mental note of what we have done today. Keeping track of where we are and where we are going. The daily introspection gives profound insights on our thoughts, emotions and feelings. It helps us in developing the growth mindset. If i have done this yesterday, how can i be better today. We can only grow by studying ourselves constantly. All things lie within us, if we can understand ourselves, we can do anything. 

These things seems so difficult and big, it can be followed little by little. We make grooves in our brains and they become good habits for the lifetime. It can take us a long way and can make us successful in all walks of life. Our energy and vibrations are uplifted by these practices that we become filled with indomitable spirit and will power. How to keep your mind always uplifted and enthusiastic?

Our mind is a very tricky thing to handle. The mind is very much like the moon (In astrology, the mind is depicted as the moon). it changes every day and moves all the time. It doesn’t like to be in the same place and do the same things. This is the reason why nomads are the happiest people in the world. That calls for the reason, why we need to redirect some of our energies towards the way it like, to keep the mind always uplifted and happy. We all go through the same routine and visit same place day in and day out, the mind gets easily depressed because of the repeated things and places in life. We cannot follow a full-blown nomad lifestyle, but few things can be changed to make it possible. The mind needs change every once in a while to be happy. The following are the things that I follow to keep my mind enthusiastic and uplifted all the time.

Disrupt the daily routine

Break the chains of the daily routine. What really makes you different from a prisoner doing the same thing every day? Break free from the chains of repeated routines. Take up some new things to do, read and see new things. It doesn’t have to be big changes to your schedules. The little creative breaks can help rejuvenate the mind. I just break away from my normal routine buy talking a walk to some nearby shop to get a juice, or talk to some friend that I had not spoken for a while, doing some push-ups and squats in the middle of the day, taking a small power nap; reading random articles etc. Run your imaginations wild. Create a list of crazy things that can be done in 5-10mins and check them one by one. Be spontaneous; try to do something that your mind really feels great to do right now.

Try one new thing once a week



Chicken Lasagna

Take up something new every week. You can take up a new hobby; find a way to serve others and expecting nothing in return. There is always lot of volunteering work that is always new, constantly evolving, which needs your hands to make a difference in this world. Your hands combined with many others can make a miracle. Talk to a stranger. Find something that you would love to do and do it during your leisure time. You can make a list of longer time consuming things that you can make yourself occupied during the weekends. If you are foodie, you can try new restaurants, new delicacies. You can also experiment and cook new food in your own kitchen, that are famous in certain countries in the world. Few weeks back, I cooked chicken lasagna( would have not been possible without my moms support ). I made a lot of mistakes, but the taste was really good and we had lot of fun making it and eating it.

Take a one-day trip once a month

Taking a one-day trip involves lot of time constraint. So, that it can only be to places nearby  that you can go and return within a day. If there are any continuous holidays, you can extend the places and the time you stay. Go someplace new each month, small mountain treks near you can be lot de-stressing and relieve your mind of all the repeated thought patterns and give temporary new insights and perspectives on your challenges and endeavors.

Take a vacation once a year

This is compulsory, just mark some 5-10 days per year in your calendar. Save money and plan for the trip that you are going to make. Even if the vacation is far ahead in the year, just thinking about it will give you the joy. The most joy you can squeeze out of money is travel. Even after vacation, nothing more brings so much joy to us than thinking about our past vacation. Seeing the photos you had taken in the trip. It is very memorable
sharing with others, it makes others also feel good when you can share your experience with them. It gives you the boost for the entire year ahead and to face all the obstacle life puts our way. Last year, I took a trip across India on a train for 15 day, entirely staying in the train with 500 people from all over India, it is called Jagriti Yatra. It has been a lifetime experience for me. I will share more about it in another post( mostly multiple posts ).

Our mind needs these uplifting and enthusiasm things present to keep us in constant balanced to have a good life. How to have a deep profund transformative sleep ?

    We are so busy with our lives that our minds works even when we go to sleep. The sleep for many of us normally is not that deep. You can find that you had a deep sleep, when you can get up and you don't know who you are, where you are from and don't know what you did before going to sleep. That is deep sleep. Little kids have deep sleep that way, when they wake up they feel like drowsy for 10-15 mins before getting active. That is deep sleep. I followed many little things that can be done easily which promotes a deep profound restorative sleep.

 Reduce/Avoid screen time after 8pm

 The blue light emitted from the computer, phone screens disrupts the melatonin which is the sleep hormone. So, by avoiding usage of phone and computer after 8pm or 2-3 hours before going to sleep helps a lot in the secretion of  melatonin and promotes deep sleep. If you cant avoid the usage of the phone/computer you can use night mode in phone. In computers/phones you can install blue light filtering apps like flux . It optimizes the screen color gradient depending upon the time after sunset. It also reduces your eyestrain in using the phone/computer screens.

Optimize your bedroom

Keep your bedroom with warm bright colors with yellow shades. It also promotes good sleep. Always keep your phones, gadgets, TV and computer in another room. Your mind associates the work and the place and gets into that mood. So, when you just sleep in your bedroom. Your mind will associate the bedroom with sleeping instead of other activities. Keep the light dim in your bedroom. If you are having smart lights, you can couple that with the same flux app.

Cooling down your body

Since our body and mind is working a lot throughout the day. The blood circulation, heart beat and temperature of our body is higher. So, it would really help if you can take a cold/hot shower. Hot shower actually cools your body and soothes your muscles. It regulates deep restorative and rejuvenating sleep. You can also rub lemon/oil in your feet, massage it and wash it after 10 mins, it too cools down our bodies. There are many acupressure points in your feet. It gets activated and you get a good sleep.

Sitting still, till you feel sleepy 

Before going to sleep, you can just sit with closed eyes. If you feel uncomfortable sitting without any support, keep a pillow behind your back and lean back slightly. Keep your head not rested on the pillow and straight. This way, all the mental thought processes and emotions that are experienced throughout that day are resolved automatically. Once all the unprocessed thoughts and emotions are processes, you feel sleepy and your head drops off to the side or to the front. Then, you go to normal sleep lying flat on the bed. This is a very simple technique to promote very deep transformative sleep. You would not have had a deep sleep this way for a long time. Try this out !

DUVA sleep (aka Dual sleep)

This is a very powerful method to have a life transforming sleep. This needs another person to hold his hands fingertips over the top of your head while you are sleeping lying flat on the bed. They must keep  their fingertips over your head and move it to new position changing after few mins or so. They have to do it for like 15 - 30 mins minimum. The maximum duration can be done for like 3-4 hours. Even if you try to keep yourself awake, you cant keep yourself awake. This takes you to a very deep life transforming sleep. Many health , mental illness can be solved in just one night using this method. This is simple, but you need someone supportive to do it for you. If you are a avenger fan, in the last part, Mantis puts Thanos into sleep using a somewhat crudely resembling to this method. Even Thanos cannot resist the power of this technique for a while and goes into sleep !

Waking up !

You can keep alarm at the multiples of 1.30 hours. It takes an average of 1.30 hours to complete one sleep cycle. So, you can keep alarm after 4.30, 6, 7.30 hours after you go to sleep. This ensures that a sleep cycle is complete and you wake up. If you wake up in between a sleep cycle, you would feel groggy and tired. You can use this tool sleepytime to help you initially in setting your alarm
